    12-Week Off-Season Training Camp

    12-Week Off-Season Training Camp

    $180.00
    Keep moving forward between seasons with a 12-week custom program designed to promote early recovery, strong base building, sharpening of skills, and strengthening of weaknesses while keeping you refreshed for your upcoming season. A phone/video session with Coach Alex will be utilized four times throughout this training camp to set up goals, check status between mesocycles, and to update status at the end of this camp.

    Coaching and training for this camp will be provided by Coach Alex Rosenau. Coach Alex has a 4 year history as head coach with collegiate cross country and track & field teams. He has a Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration, BSci. in Sport Entertainment, and is a USATF Level I Certified Coach. His roots in coaching began with 4 years of high school cross country (with 6 conference and sectional championship titles) and track & field coaching (with a combined 8 conference and regional championship titles).

    Running Form Analysis + Functional Strength Training

    Running Form Analysis + Functional Strength Training

    This 14-point analysis is completed via video recording of treadmill running with head to toe view with the following angles assessed:
    -Direct posterior aligned with pelvis
    -Direct lateral aligned with pelvis
    -Direct anterior aligned with pelvis

    Feedback is given on each of these 14-points based on objective measures with suggested cues for optimizing form actively as well as a 4-week strength programs, 3 days per week, to develop a powerful and correct stride. This program is customized based on resources available to each client.

    The Weekly 150 Training & Coaching Plan

    This is a threshold-based aerobic training program that will include an estimated 150+ minutes per week of training, 4-6 days per week, broken up into 4 week cycles. There is an emphasis on intervals ranging from VO2 max to threshold/tempo pace for endurance and performance development. This plan includes weekly e-mail contact, video running form analysis with cues for improvement, and optional 50% off the Running Form Development resistance training program.

    This is a power based aerobic training program that will include an estimated 75 minutes per week of training, 3-4 days per week, broken up into 4 week cycles.
